A typical workflow, using Probooker is as follows:
- The student visits your website and can view the availability of your rooms for their chosen duration of stay
- The student can choose to bok an apppointment online to view a room
- This appointment request appears in Probooker and you staff are then able to action it from within the system
- Confirmation of the viewing appointment is sent to the student, and all the relevent staff, using our in-built editor system
- The system automatedly reminds all staff of important upcoming appointments as soon as they are logged in
- The student can choose to book the room after the viewing by returning to the website or via staff intervention
- The student can then be placed into a room directly or be placed on the intelligent Waiting List
- Check-ins are fully managed, communicated to staff and student, and can be interfaced with door lock systems
