Making a Room Viewing Request
Students are able to visit your website and make a request to veiw a particular room. This requests is then shown in the main Probooker software ready for actioning and fully managed every setp of the way through to possible room booking. Probooker automates the whole process which speeds up the process whilst minimising human error. The student and all allocated booking staff are kept informed of developments at all times.
Making a Room Booking
Students can visit your website and make a room booking. At any time they can be asked to register. Probooker captures all details so that if they don ot book this time, you will at least have their details for future marketing or to offer them help.
Students wishing to make a booking can be taken through a sequence of steps which you define. Typically, this will be involve registering, choosing the room, choosing the contract terms and payment schedule, and entering some profile information. Anything from a deposit to a full payment can be taken from the student at this time.
Pricing and booking information is, of course, updated in realtime.
Confirmations of all bookings are sent to the student and all desinated staff.
Furthermore, students are able to login to their own profile section to edit their details, such as Next of kin and contacts, at any time.
